One Steps - Il Soo Sik Dae Ryun

One-Step Sparring (Ill Soo Sik Dae Ryun) is a selection of pre-determined techniques performed by two training partners.

The following information explains clearly how the attacker must prepare for everyone of the numbered one step techniques:

No's: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15, 17
The attacker will step back with right leg into a left foot forward front stance (Chun Gul Jaseh) with low block (Ha Dan Mahk Kee), ready for high punch (Sang Dan Kong Kyuk). KI HAP.

No's: 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18
The attacker will step back with left leg into a right foot forward front stance (Chun Gul Jaseh) with low block (Ha Dan Mahk Kee), ready for high punch (Sang Dan Kong Kyuk). KI HAP.

Note: The attacker performs 2 punches in no's 17 & 18. 1st is high & 2nd is middle reverse. Both in the same stance.
