Online Membership & Renewal

You can now sign up for or renew your TTSDA membership online. Just follow the following steps.

1. Click the link below and fill out the application form.

2. When finished, click Submit at the bottom and wait for your information to process.

3. After processing, check your details to make sure they are correct to the best of your knowledge.

4. Now Right Click with your mouse on the filled out form and Click PRINT.

5. Once printed, DONT forget to sign on the line.

6. Then pass the completed form on to your instructor with your membership fee and a Passport Photo if required.
